CARBON FIBER ENTERTAINMENT LLC. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Carbon Fiber”,

“we,” “us,” or “ our”) respect your privacy. This Global Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice” or “Notice”)

describes our practices in connection with information that we collect through our websites, our artists’ videos,

applications, information concerning our artists, or other online services (collectively referred to as “Services”).

Specifically, this Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users of our

Services (referred to as “You”).

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

A. Information You Provide to Us

Registration and Profile Information. When you sign up for an account for information on Carbon Fiber, or our

artists, on our Services, sign up for notifications or updates, we may receive your name, username, password,

and/or email address.

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive your name, email address, and other information

you choose to provide.

Purchase Information. If you make any purchase or from Carbon Fiber or our artists, your payment-related

information, such as credit card or other financial information, is received by our third-party payment processor

on our behalf. We may also receive your purchase history, delivery address, and other information related to

your transactions.

User Content. We receive any information or content you choose to post on our Services, such as comments or

other feedback.

B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services

Device Information. We may receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services,

including IP address, device ID, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer,

device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens, if any.

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we may

automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, including our artists and the

Company, and content you view on our Services, how you interact with our Services, the pages or other content

you view, usage data when you use our apps, the searches you conduct, purchases you make, your comments,

and the dates and times of your visits.

Location Information. When you use our Services, we may receive your location information, which may

include the city, state, zip code, or other general location information inferred from your IP address or derived

from Wi-Fi or GPS signals. We collect this information for purposes such as to identify our audiences, tailor our

Services to your location, and send you relevant marketing and advertising.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our third-party partners may receive information

provided by cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics and

advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time

and across different services. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie

Information from Third Parties. We receive information such as geodemographic information, income level,

and professional and employment-related information from third-party sources like social media companies,

publicly available databases, marketing partners, advertising partners, measurement services, and

recommendation engines that help us update or supplement the Personal Information that we maintain about

you.

purposes such as to understand our users’ preferences and interests.

● Prevent Fraud and Security Incidents: Detect, investigate, protect against, and prevent fraud, and other legal

or information security risks.

● Compliance: For compliance purposes, including enforcing our Terms of Use or other legal rights, or as may

be required by applicable laws and regulations or requested by any judicial process or governmental agency.

3. HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not disclose information we collect from or about you except as described below or otherwise disclosed

to you at the time of the collection.

Service Providers. We may disclose any information we receive with Service Providers retained in connection

with the provision of our Services. We require that our Service Providers use your Personal Information

disclosed by us solely for the purposes of performing services for us and that they maintain the confidentiality,

security and integrity of such Personal Information.

Content Information. We may share information about the content that you watch (1) at your request, or (2) as

necessary when you pass or share information with other accounts you may have (e.g., if you want to share

viewing information on a social media account), in order to provide and improve the Services, and recommend

or display content to you based on what you have watched on our Services.

Marketing and Business Partners. We disclose information to third parties such as our business partners,

market research firms, and marketing partners to permit them to send you marketing communications.

Third-Party Applications: Our Services enable and/or contain links to certain third-party applications (e.g.,

Facebook “Like” button and other social media plug-ins, tools and APIs) to enhance your experience on the

Services. When you interact with a third-party functionality, that third-party may collect information about your

use of the Services. Prior to using any third-party applications, you should review and consult their privacy

notices.

Sponsors and Co-Sponsors: We may conduct events, sweepstakes, contests, giveaways and/or other

promotions with one or more third-party sponsors or co-sponsors. If you participate in any such event or

promotion, the Personal Information we collect from you in the context of your participation may be disclosed

to our sponsors or co-sponsors.

Analytics Partners. We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics

We also use Google’s invisible reCAPTCHA application on our Services in order to protect against spam and

other automated abuse. The reCAPTCHA tool may make use of cookies, as well as other information like IP

address, date, time, language, screen size and resolution, and mouse movements. The use of the reCAPTCHA

tool and any information collected through the tool are subject to Google’s privacy policy, available at

Advertising Partners. We work with third-party advertising partners to show you ads that may interest you,

and we may disclose information to third parties to enable targeted advertising. If you do not wish to receive

personalized ads, please visit their opt-out pages to learn about how you may opt out of receiving web-based

personalized ads from member companies. You can access any settings offered by your mobile operating

Other Users. Please be aware that any information or content you choose to post to the Services, such as

comments, will be displayed on the Services and viewable by other Users by default. We are not responsible for

the other Users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how

you identify yourself on the Services.

Measurement. We disclose information to applicable measurement partners such. You can opt out of market

research by measurement by following the directions at the measurement partner’s Digital Measurement

Privacy Statement.

As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if we

believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such

as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or

safety. For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable

content on or through the Services.

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. We may transfer your information to service providers, advisors,

potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or

completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell,

liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets. The use of your information following any of these events

will be governed by the provisions of this Privacy Notice in effect at the time the applicable information was

collected.

4. CHOICES

Disclosure Preferences.

Opt out of Carbon Fiber’s Marketing and Promotional Communications. To opt out of Carbon Fiber’s

marketing and promotional communications, follow the below instructions:

● To opt out of marketing emails, you can use the opt-out means described in the marketing email (e.g., using

an “unsubscribe” link).

● To opt out of text messages, you can use the opt-out means described in the text message (e.g., replying

“STOP” or “STOP ALL” to the number provided to you in the text message.

Account Information. You may access or update your account information by logging into your account.

Opt out of Interest-Based Advertising. To opt out of the use of your information for tailored advertising, visit

the Network Advertising Initiative and/or the Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising. You

may also opt out of tracking and receiving tailored advertisements on your mobile device by some mobile

advertising companies and other similar entities by downloading the App Choices App. Opting out of interest-

based advertising does not opt you out of being served advertising on the Services. You will continue to receive

generic ads while visiting the Services.

6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are directed to a general audience, and only certain content available through the Services is

directed to children. In connection with such child-directed content, we collect only a limited amount of

information from the viewer, such as IP address, installation ID, and certain viewing and behavior information.

We and our service providers use such information solely to support our internal operations, such as to

customize content and analyze the functioning of the Services. We do not serve interest-based advertising in

8. JURISDICTION AND CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER

Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we

engage Service Providers, and by using the Services you understand that your information will be transferred to

countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, Mexico, and any other countries in

which we or our Service Providers operate, which may have data protection rules that are different from those

of your country. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security

authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your Personal Information.

10. U.S. PRIVACY ADDENDUM

This U.S. Privacy Addendum supplements the information contained in the Global Privacy Notice. This section

applies to: California residents from whom we collect Personal Information as a business under the California

Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (California Civil Code

§§ 1798.100 to 1798.199) and its implementing regulations, as amended or superseded from time to time (“

CPRA”); Colorado residents from whom we collect Personal Data as a Controller under the Colorado Privacy

Act as amended or superseded from time to time (“ ColoPA”); Connecticut residents from whom we collect

for as long as you have an account with us or keep using the Services) and the length of time thereafter during

which we may have a legitimate need to reference your Personal Information to address issues that may arise;

records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them);

6. Your California Privacy Rights

Right to Opt Out. In some circumstances, you may opt out of the sale of Personal Information or sharing of

Personal Information for CCBA. “Sale” means exchanging personal information for a value, such as data

analytics services. “Sharing” means disclosing personal information for providing targeted advertising based on

your activities on websites. You may request to opt out of sale or sharing by visiting the privacy menu/footer of

our digital properties.

If you implement browser-based opt-out preference signals, we will opt you out of the sale of Personal

Information and sharing of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising collected from that

browser. You can implement these signals through your browser settings for browsers that offer them. Please

refer to your browser for additional information and instructions.

Right to Know and Access. You may submit a verifiable request for information regarding the: (1) categories

of Personal Information collected, sold, shared with third parties for CCBA, or disclosed by us; (2) purposes for

which categories of Personal Information are collected, sold, or shared with third parties for CCBA by us; (3)

disclosed Personal Information; and (5) specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.

Right to Delete. Subject to certain exceptions, you may submit a verifiable request that we delete Personal

Information about you that we have collected from you.

Right to Correct. You have the right to correct inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you.

Verification. Requests for access, deletion, or correction of Personal Information are subject to our ability to

reasonably verify your identity in light of the information requested pursuant to relevant CPRA requirements,

limitations, and regulations. We may need to take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to

your request. Specifically, we (or our third-party service provider acting on our behalf) may need to collect a

copy of your photo ID and any other information necessary to confirm your identity. Such information will be

securely processed in accordance with this Notice and only used for the purpose of verifying your identity.

Right to Equal Service and Price. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of

your CPRA privacy rights, subject to certain limitations.

Submit Requests. To exercise your rights (right to know, correct, and delete) under the CPRA, please submit

We will verify and respond to your request consistent with applicable law, taking into account the type and

sensitivity of the Personal Information subject to the request. In some instances, we may decline to honor your

request where the law or right you are invoking does not apply or where an exception applies. We may need to

request additional Personal Information from you, such as name and email address, in order to verify your

identity and protect against fraudulent requests. If you maintain a password-protected account with us, we may

verify your identity through our existing authentication practices for your account and require you to re-

authenticate yourself before disclosing, correcting, or deleting your Personal Information.

We will only use the Personal Information you provide for verification purposes (i) to verify your identity or for

(ii) security or (iii) fraud-prevention, unless you initially provided the information for another purpose. You

may make a request on behalf of a child who is under 13 years old if you are the child’s parent or legal

guardian. If you make a Request to Delete, we may ask you to confirm your request before we delete your

Personal Information, and we might retain a back-up of your Personal Information to the extent allowed by

applicable law, for example, as necessary to preserve the integrity or security of our systems or for other

purposes that are aligned with our consumers’ general expectations. There may be circumstances under which

we will be unable to delete your Personal Information, such as if we need to comply with our legal obligations

or complete a transaction for which your Personal Information was collected. If we are unable to comply with

your request for deletion, we will let you know the reason why, as required by applicable law.

Authorizing an Agent. If you are acting as an authorized agent to make a request to know, delete, correct, or

opt out on behalf of a California resident, you may submit a request by emailing info@carbonfibermusic.com or

using this interactive form. Please note that we will require you to attach proof of power of attorney or a written

authorization signed by the resident whose Personal Information will be subject to the request.

Your Right to Request Removal of Content

you may submit a request by contacting us at info@carbonfibermusic.com. Removing the public content does

not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information.

Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia Residents

This section applies to the ColoPA, CPOMA, UCPA, and VCDPA (collectively, “State Privacy Laws”). For the

purpose of this section, “Personal Data” means any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an

identified or identifiable natural person. Personal Data does not include de-identified data, publicly available

information (as these terms are defined under the State Privacy Laws) or any other Personal Data otherwise

excluded from the scope of the State Privacy Laws.

Please see Sections 1 (“Personal Information We May Collect”) and 2 (“How We May Use Your Personal

Information”) for information about the categories of Personal Data we process as a controller and the purposes

for processing such data. Additionally, please see Section 3 (“How We Disclose Your Personal Information”),

for information about the categories of third parties to whom we disclose the categories of Personal Data

described in Section 1.

If you are a Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia resident, you may exercise the following rights with

respect to your Personal Data (as this term is defined under the State Privacy Laws):

● To confirm whether or not we process your Personal Data and request access to such data;

● To delete Personal Data you have provided to us or that we have obtained about you;

● To correct inaccuracies in your Personal Data;

● To opt out of the sale of your Personal Data, and to opt out of the processing of your Personal Data: (i) for

purposes of targeted advertising; and (ii) for certain types of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce

legal or similarly significant effect; and

● To obtain a copy of your Personal Data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable

format.

Appeal Process

If you are a Colorado, Connecticut or Virginia resident and if we refuse to take action on your request, you may

appeal this refusal within a reasonable period after you have received notice of the refusal. You may file an
